Mission

To provide a comprehensive physical exam for children that includes developmental and nutritional assessments. Screening for lead, vision, hearing, and dental are a vital part of this clinic. This program is intended for children from birth to 21 years of age, who are Medicaid/Non Medicaid recipients. Special emphasis is placed on follow-up of high risk infants. These services are designed to maximize the potential level of developmental and health well-being of Georgia’s children.
